Psienced Tools
Software that shows you why, not just what.
Health decisions are made under a flood of conflicting evidence. Psienced Tools builds software that reads that evidence at scale, weighs it honestly, and hands back a ranked answer you can interrogate — with the studies behind every position still attached.
Our first tool
Evidence Rank
A personalised supplement ranking, backed by the evidence.
The supplement market is enormous, largely unregulated, and almost impossible to navigate. For any given ingredient you can find a study supporting it and a study undermining it — and no practical way to tell which one should carry more weight for you.
Evidence Rank combines AI with our in-house network theory algorithm to produce a personalised, ranked list of supplements, each position justified by the evidence behind it. The AI layer reads and structures the literature; the network layer models how ingredients, outcomes and study quality actually relate to one another, rather than treating each claim as an isolated fact.

What we hold ourselves to
A ranking is a strong claim. These are the constraints we build under so that it stays an honest one.
-
Evidence over marketing
Rankings follow the literature. Popularity, margin and sponsorship are not inputs.
-
Uncertainty stays visible
Thin evidence is shown as thin evidence. We don't launder a weak signal into a confident number.
-
Traceable by construction
Any position can be opened up and followed back to its sources. A score you can't audit isn't worth much.
-
Not medical advice
Evidence Rank is an information tool. It's built to inform a conversation with a clinician, not to replace one.
Early access, research collaboration, or a question?
We're talking to clinicians, researchers and early users while Evidence Rank is being built. If any of that is you, get in touch.
